Even though I had this past week off from work...it has still managed to stay fairly hectic. You all will be pleased to hear that Noah had another amazing class this past Friday with Daddy at the gym! We are definitely seeing progress! Noah has started to pick up on sign language very easily; so Steven and I are attempting to learn it along with him. We knew from early on with Noah that sign language was going to be a part of our communication due to his Baby Einstein DVD's. Noah would use "more" and "eat" when he was an infant. Now it is time to relearn and learn some sign language so we can use this to bring more and more words out of his mouth and for him to better understand rules as well.
We have slowly been changing things throughout the house and I think those changes are seen in Noah's progression as well. He has been behaving a lot better and definitely been more social the past month or so!
So, I am home right now with a horrible cold, writing to you because I am taking a small break from cleaning. My parents fortunately took Noah yesterday so that I could rest and clean. We are going to be getting him back this evening just in time for bed. This week should be interesting, it is going to be warm and hopefully I can kick this cold out the door quickly so I can enjoy the weather and playing outside with Noah and Landon (the baby I nanny).
